You guys…. Who knows Sarah?! What a woman for organising the Wedding of her dreams, sans-fiance! I mean, she did have a Fiance, it’s just that Henry was on tour with his football team for the majority of the planning… Seriously, I’m pretty sure she will tell you he stepped off the plane and walked straight into High Church in Fortitude Valley for the Ceremony. Ok, it wasn’t that bad, perhaps a few days in between!
This girl knows how to get things done! When we had our first meeting, she was just on top of everything. She knew exactly what she wanted and made decisions instantly. Like when she first saw Henry on that night they met. She stalked him around the room until he noticed her…which I’m sure that didn’t take long!
These guys are just so beautiful together and have an equally beautiful baby girl. This little cherub walked down the aisle with Grandma and was pretty damn chill for the entire ceremony.
High Church is such a beautiful Brisbane Ceremony Venue. It was my first time shooting there and any Brisbane Wedding Photographer would surely agree that it is perfect. Beautiful light, the way the sound carries – especially during Henry & Sarah’s ceremony when Henry’s family sung during the registry signing. What was more perfect were the happy tears Henry and the Groomsmen had as the Bridesmaids and Sarah walked down the aisle. You could tell he was truly at his most happiest.
Post Ceremony we took a Limo drive around to the Brisbane Powerhouse to get some beautiful portraits. These boys knew how to work in front of a camera and even started directing their own shots! I loved it! ❤️
Then we headed off to Mr & Mrs G, a beautiful cocktail reception lounge along the Brisbane River, where the eager guests were waiting for the newlyweds to arrive. There were some beautiful speeches, traditional Samoan dances then party time!
To Henry and Sarah, I hope you both have a beautiful, happy, and wonderful life together with your little cherub in tow. X
